This package begins to approach Eastern Psychology and combined with evidence-based clinical modalities. Creating deeper inner awareness, grounding, and self exploration, while maintaining psychological safety and appropriate pacing.

Deep Integration & Stablization

WHAT IS IN THIS PACKAGE: This package is designed for individuals who have completed the prerequisite Consultation and Engagement phases and are ready to move into deeper, sustained work. At this stage, trauma integration, emotional regulation, and self-understanding are supported in tandem. The process is steady and contained, allowing the inner life to stabilize and strengthen over time. Clients are supported in integrating their trauma narrative while developing the resilience and capacity needed to respond to life with greater coherence and intentionality.

Six-Session Package: $750
Structured over a 16–18 week period
Individual Cost Per Session: $150

  • Emotional Regulation & Integration

  • Identity Integration & Coherence

  • Introduction to Somatic Work

The Return (Stewardship)

This package is for individuals who have completed assessment, engagement, and deep integration work, and are entering a phase of ongoing maintenance and refinement. The focus is on sustaining therapeutic gains, reinforcing regulation, and supporting long-term integration through personalized psycho-spiritual practices. Interventions are tailored to the individual and may include indigenous, contemplative, and reflective techniques selected based on readiness, life stage, and internal capacity.

Six-Session Package: $650
Structured over a 16–18 week period
Individual Session: $125
Session Duration: 60–90 Minutes Include:

  • Fracture Integration Sessions – addressing residual fragmentation without reprocessing

  • Lineage Shift Sessions – working with inherited (indigenous) patterns, roles, and relational positioning

  • The Return Sessions – reflective reviews of integration, coherence, and direction

  • Threshold Work – supporting identity transitions and role consolidation

  • Symbolic Mapping & Meaning Reconstruction
